Dad First® started with me looking at myself properly.
I’ve always worked hard. I’ve always cared. I love being a dad more than anything else in the world. But I realised loving them isn’t the same as leading them. I wasn’t holding myself to the same standard I asked of them.
There wasn’t a big dramatic moment. Just a quiet understanding that the way I live sets the tone in my house. How I train, how I work, how I speak, how present I am. They’re watching all of it.
So I made a decision to hold myself to a higher standard. In my fitness, in my work, in how I use my time. To never be too tired for them, to inspire, to teach, to lead from the front. ALL IN.
I wanted to create something that reminds me, and other dads what we’re really here to do. To lead, inspire, to be the example. To take our families where they deserve to be.
Dad First® exists for dads who feel that pull too. Where putting on that hat will make you proud. Where we all hold ourselves to a code, showing up isn’t optional, it's everything.
Welcome to Dad First®.

Dad First Code.
1. We are never too tired for our kids.
However long the day was, they’ve been waiting to see us. We show up. We listen. We play. Tired isn’t an excuse.
2. We lead from the front with our health.
We train, push ourselves, and set the standard. Better health is more years with them.
3. We are always where our feet are.
When we’re with them, we’re fully with them. Phones down, eyes up. Time moves fast. We don’t waste it.
4. We always lead by example.
We never ask of them what we won’t do ourselves. Work hard, eat well, speak with respect. We treat their mother with consistency and respect.
5. We make decisions that build their future.
How we train, how we spend and save, how we speak. We always ask Does this move our family forward?
